Provansal mayonnaise is a traditional Russian mayonnaise made as early as the 1930s in the Soviet Union. Since then, Provansal mayonnaise has come to stay: it is by far the most popular mayonnaise in Russia and the countries of the former Soviet Union.

The creamy mayonnaise contains 67% sunflower oil and is perfect for salads and sauces. Provansal mayonnaise is also an integral part of a traditional Russian Olivier salad.
